This document establishes the terms and conditions of use of the Web2Print Bucharest online store, dedicated exclusively to B2B (business-to-business) customers who purchase printing products and promotional items. By accessing and using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
- Definitions
1.1. Web2Print Bucharest: Provider of printing services and promotional products, based in Bucharest, Romania.
1.2. Customer: Any legal entity that places an order through the website, excluding natural person consumers.
1.3. Products: Includes printed products and promotional items. Note: For promotional items, the displayed price does not include personalization services, which are offered separately depending on the personalization method chosen by the customer.
- Field of Application
2.1. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to transactions between Web2Print Bucharest and the legal entities that use our site for purchases.
- Orders and Confirmation
3.1. Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email that completes the contractual process.
3.2. Web2Print Bucharest reserves the right to cancel orders in case of non-conformities related to product availability, technical errors, or lack of complete information from the customer.
- Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and do not include VAT, which will be added at the end of the order.
4.2. In the case of promotional products, the displayed prices do not include the costs of personalization (eg printing logos or personalized texts). Customization services are charged separately and will be specified at the time the customer requests such services.
4.3. The payment will be made according to the issued invoice and within the specified term, standard being 1 day after the issuance of the proforma.
- Delivery and Transfer of Risks
5.1. The estimated delivery time will be specified in the order confirmation, depending on the volume of the products and their complexity. Web2Print Bucharest cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays beyond its control (eg logistical problems, strikes).
5.2. The risk on the products passes to the customer when they are handed over to the courier company.
- Returns and Warranties
6.1. Custom products may only be returned in the event of manufacturing defects or non-conformance to approved specifications. In such cases, the customer must notify Web2Print within 5 working days of receiving the products.
6.2. Web2Print Bucharest offers a guarantee for its products according to the legislation in force. Found defects must be reported promptly in order to be resolved within a reasonable time.
- Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Web2Print Bucharest complies with data protection legislation and undertakes not to disclose the commercial and personal data of customers to third parties without their consent.
7.2. The collected data will be used exclusively for order processing and service improvement.
- Intellectual Property
8.1. The customer warrants that it has the legal right to any content provided to customize the products. Web2Print Bucharest will not be responsible for possible violations of copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
8.2. All materials on the site (including design, text, images) are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
- Limitation of Liability
9.1. Web2Print Bucharest will not be liable for indirect losses, collateral damages or loss of profit that may result from the use or inability to use the products or services provided.
9.2. In any case, Web2Print Bucharest’s liability towards the customer will not exceed the total value of the respective order.
- Force Majeure
10.1. Web2Print Bucharest will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, or other exceptional situations.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1. Any dispute will be resolved amicably between the parties. Otherwise, jurisdiction rests with the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
11.2. This contract is governed by the applicable Romanian legislation.
- Modification of Terms and Conditions
12.1. Web2Print Bucharest reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be published on the website and will be effective immediately after publication.
